This hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. The rooms, although a bit dated in terms of facilities, provide a comfortable stay with a view. The staff is attentive and offers basic amenities with attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and reasonably priced.
No significant improvements necessary.

Location is good. Rooms are spacious.
The sour faces and attitudes of the staff. I felt as though customers were an inconvienience to them

The hotel was set walking distance to sai kaew beach. We dined at samed villa restaurant, that is just 1000 feet away.
Nothing all good.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The location was fantastic, with the beach right at my doorstep. It was so convenient to have the resort's own bar and nightclub right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy a night out without having to travel far. The view from the breakfast area was breathtaking, with indoor and outdoor seating options just a few steps away from the beach.
One downside to staying at this resort was the noise. The nightclub on the beach could get quite loud, especially at night.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Right on the beach, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the convenience of having the beach just steps away from your room. The beach is clean and the beach chairs are plentiful, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.
The only downside is the noise level at night. The hotel can get quite noisy, especially if you're staying towards the back of the resort.

Verry close to the beatch, nice rooms, clean.
There are a lot off constructions in the neigbour area, and there is also an disco starting at 10 pm, till 3 am every day. So you re not able to sleep before that time, l can assure you that. The employees where verry rude, to all customers, also in the restaurant. And l booked an beatch villa, but when l came there it was not availlible, that gave a lot off stress, couse that where the reason why l booked that hotel. They blaimed Booked.net for that???!! The villa is more an bungalow then a villa. l ll not vissit that hotel again.

The rooms were nicely renovated and close to the beach. Silversands has the best bar/club .
The restaurant service was terrible, slow and forgetful.
